Mystery Beer
I got in a rhythm grinding grain one night and ground all the specialty grains for one batch into the same bucket as all the base malt and specialty grains for another batch. Having no other choice, I decided to just brew this and see what happened. The resulting beer was nothing special, but it was certainly drinkable and better than just dumping all the grain out. The recipe is definitely tipped in the malty direction and could probably benefit from extra hops.
