What I want in a town:

* At high elevation
* Close to an airport
* Close to hiking, mountain biking, and XC skiing
* Doesn't have crazy wildfires every year
* Enough land for houses to have antennas
* High speed internet (municipal fiber?)
* Lots of restaurants
* Not extremely hot or cold
* Politics and religion are not extreme
* Reliable power
* Won't have water problems in the future
